Validation lead with 9+ years at Infineon in post-silicon validation of secure microcontrollers and UWB transceivers. Proposed, built and now lead the company’s multi-site UWB component-validation team (5 engineers). First choice for silicon bring-ups: 12 to date across products and design steps. Automation-first, always on state-of-the-art tooling: Python, Git and CI are how our lab works.

Senior Staff Engineer — Validation Domain Owner UWB

Infineon Technologies AG · Munich

End-to-end responsibility for post-silicon validation and characterization of a new-generation UWB transceiver (RX and TX).

  • Lead a distributed validation team of 5 engineers across two sites.
  • Drive characterization strategy: AEC-Q100-style statistics, trim and configuration control, bench-to-tester correlation.
  • Introduced a docs-as-code Product Verification Specification (Sphinx on Git, CI-built and auto-deployed) — presented as a reference approach to the division’s component-validation leads.
  • Own validation planning, risk assessment and escalation management; deliver decision-ready measurement results to project and senior management.

Staff Product Engineer — UWB Validation Lead

Infineon Technologies AG · Munich

Built the UWB component-validation capability from scratch after proposing the role to management.

  • Established team, lab infrastructure and methodology for automated conducted RF bench validation with vector signal generators.
  • Validated multiple UWB test chips (including multi-project-wafer vehicles); delivered the validation results and risk assessments feeding the final tape-out decision.
  • Overall bring-up lead for one test chip; UWB-part lead for two further test chips and the first product silicon.
  • Led the technical steering for the ATE test-platform evaluation: test definitions, vendor guidance, result reviews.
  • Developed automated measurement flows for key UWB KPIs: sensitivity, interference robustness, ranging performance.
  • Selected for the division’s high-performer program (youngest participant).

  • Brought up and validated next-generation security microcontrollers; cut product-evaluation turnaround by rebuilding sampling flows and tooling.
  • Developed an integration test bench for a customer application (Python; unit and integration testing; direct customer support).
